1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is MIRATOK s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 02081601, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ02081601, registered office Chudenická 1062/13, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, operator of the miratok.cz website (the “controller”).

2. What personal data we process

  • identification and contact details you provide through the enquiry form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp — name, company name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry;
  • data required to conclude and perform a purchase or framework contract, including billing and identification data;
  • technical data about your visit collected through cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Handling your enquiry — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Conclusion and performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Legal obligations in accounting, tax and customs matters — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Legitimate interests — website security and defence of legal claims, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Analytical and marketing cookies — solely on the basis of consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Retention periods

  • enquiries that did not lead to a contract: no longer than 12 months from the last contact;
  • contract-related data: for the duration of the contract and the applicable limitation periods;
  • accounting and tax documents: 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the supply took place (Section 35 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll.);
  • cookies: for the periods stated in the cookie policy.

5. Recipients

  • web hosting and technical support provider;
  • transport and freight forwarding companies;
  • customs declarants and the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic;
  • accounting office and tax adviser;
  • public authorities where required by law.

Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area only where necessary for the performance of the contract under Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR.

  • right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR);
  • right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR);

7. Right to lodge a complaint

8. Security

The controller has adopted technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in particular encrypted transfer over HTTPS and access restricted to authorised persons.
